Conduct market research in teams to formulate and execute a research plan covering both customers and competitors. Use survey software (eg. Pinpoint). Plan presentation.

This workshop will be led by Steve Pryor, Senior Financial Controller at Enterprise Rent-a-Car for Scotland and Northern Ireland.
