Admission Policy to Enterprise Gym Events

1. EGym's events are open to all Dundee University, Abertay University and Dundee College students.
1.a. Dundee University staff may be admitted at the regression of the management team.
1.b. Admission is subject to prior registration with teg's website and the reservation of a place for the respective event.
1.c. The event capacity is set by the management team prior to the event depending on event nature and venue size and arrangements.

2. Reserved places must be claimed until 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the event.
2.a. If students fail to claim their place until 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the event they may loose it to other students who haven't made a reservation for the event.
2.b. If students know they will arrive late due to unavoidable circumstances they can inform the management team of this via email at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled start of the event and their places will be kept for them regardless of 2.a.

3. Students who come to events having failed to register in advance may be admitted subject to having unreserved places available.
3.a. If all available places are filled students may be admitted 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the event and take the places of students who registered but failed to take their seats.
